My game won't launch. What should I do?
First, please ensure your system meets the minimum requirements listed on the game page. Try verifying the integrity of the game files through your game client (e.g., Steam, Epic Games). If the issue persists, please contact support with your system specifications.
Where can I find my game key?
Your game key is sent to your registered email address immediately after your purchase is confirmed. It will also be available in your (hypothetical) account dashboard on our site.

How quickly will I receive my pre-ordered game?
Keys for pre-ordered games are typically sent out on the day of release, often allowing for pre-loading before the official launch time. You will receive an email notification as soon as your key is available.
